Remember: All orders must be placed at least 5 days before your collection or delivery date. This ensures we can give your creation the time, care and detail it deserves. Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. Delivery and collection can both be arranged — just ask us on WhatsApp.
Frequently Asked Questions
All orders require a minimum of 5 days advance notice before your collection or delivery date. This gives us the time to source the best ingredients, design your cake properly, and bake and decorate it with the care it deserves. For large or complex orders (multi-tier, sculpted cakes, or large sweet tables) we recommend ordering 7–14 days in advance.
We offer 16 flavours, all included in the cake price at no extra charge: Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, Carrot, Choc Chip, Choc & Caramel, Peanut Butter, Cookies & Cream, Vanilla with Oreo, Strawberry, Lemon, Orange, Red Velvet, Blue Velvet, Salted Caramel, and Marble. Our most popular are Salted Caramel, Red Velvet, and Choc & Caramel.
Our cakes are priced by size — from R250 for a 12cm cake up to R900+ for large or tiered designs. One tier equals three layers, and your chosen flavour is always included in the price. Yes, delivery can be arranged. Please WhatsApp us to discuss availability and delivery fees for your area. We also offer collection — just confirm your collection address and time with us when you place your order.
Absolutely — custom designs are our speciality! Whether you have a detailed vision or just a rough idea, we love bringing new concepts to life. Send us a photo reference, a description, or even just a colour palette and we'll work with you to create something unique. Character cakes, themed designs, sculpted cakes — bring us your idea and we'll make it happen.
We do offer some options for dietary needs — please WhatsApp us to discuss your specific requirements before ordering. We'll always be honest about what we can accommodate to ensure your cake is both safe and delicious.
The easiest way is to WhatsApp us directly with your event date, what you'd like, your chosen flavour, and any design ideas. You can also use our Custom Order form which builds a fully formatted WhatsApp message for you. Once we confirm your order and receive payment, your date is locked in.
Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order and secure your date. We accept EFT and cash on collection. Once payment is received your slot is confirmed and we get to work on your creation.
