Gwensi Koekie Spensie was born out of a deep love for baking and an even deeper love for the moments that bring families together. What started as handmade treats for close friends and family quickly became something much bigger — a business built on word of mouth, heartfelt reviews, and the simple joy of watching someone's face light up when they see their cake for the first time.
